The Kansas Board of Regents, in cooperation with the state universities, offers health insurance for students. This voluntary insurance is available through Student Resources, which is underwritten by United Health Care Student Resources. Master policy
An employer (University) contribution towards premium is provided to Graduate Teaching Assistants (GTAs) and Graduate Research Assistants (GRAs) who meet eligibility requirements.
For those GTAs and GRAs who do not meet the eligibility requirements for the GTA/GRA health insurance plan, information about the Kansas Board of Regents student health insurance plan can be found on the Watkins Memorial Health Center web page.
