State - HealthQuest Rewards Health Insurance Discount Program

The State's HealthQuest Rewards Program provides the opportunity to earn credits by participating in various wellness programs. Credits earned by certain dates will enable you to receive a discount to the next year's health insurance premium. More information is provided below.

State - HealthQuest Wellness Programs and Information

  • Kansas State Employee Assistance Program (Formerly Lifeline) - Convenient, confidential and free. EAP provides information, short-term counseling, advice and referrals from licensed professionals to address life's stresses.
  • Kansas Arthritis Program (Kansas Department of Health and Environment) - improving the quality of life through the promotion of proper self-management to prevent or delay the potential joint destruction associated with arthritis.
  • Walk with Ease-A State of Kansas Walking Program - (Kansas Department of Health and Environment) - encouraging people with and without arthritis to get walking.
