The KU Online ID is your key to access many online services at KU including email, Blackboard, Enroll & Pay, the Kyou portal and more.

LIFEline is a free, confidential employee assistance program designed to help employees and their immediate families deal with personal problems. LIFEline has a 24-hour toll-free number 1-800-284-7575. Employees can call any time for help with legal, financial, drug and alcohol, family, marital programs or dependent care referrals. If referred through LIFEline, some counseling session may be paid by health insurance provided to faculty and staff.

Season tickets to the University of Kansas athletic events are available to all full-time staff members at reduced rates based on availability and seniority.

Childcare

Those who use K-10 to commute to and from the Lawrence and Edwards campuses and Johnson County Community College can give their wallets and vehicles a break. The K-10 Connector, a new transit service that connects the three schools, launched Jan. 17 2007.

Employees of the University of Kansas are entitled to use selected services at Watkins Memorial Health Center.

University staff may borrow materials from the KU Libraries' circulating collections by use of a valid faculty/staff KUID card issued by the University.
