    • Campus Parking

      The majority of parking on campus is by permit only. Parking permits can be purchased at the Parking Department in the Allen Field House Garage.

    • International Student and Scholar Services

      Information for International Stundents.

    • KU ID Card

      The KU Card provides access to university facilities, services, cash convenience, and more.

    • KU Online ID

      The KU Online ID is your key to access many online services at KU including email, Blackboard, Enroll & Pay, the Kyou portal and more.

    • LIFEline

      LIFEline is a free, confidential employee assistance program designed to help employees and their immediate families deal with personal problems. LIFEline has a 24-hour toll-free number 1-800-284-7575. Employees can call any time for help with legal, financial, drug and alcohol, family, marital programs or dependent care referrals. If referred through LIFEline, some counseling session may be paid by health insurance provided to faculty and staff.

    • Mail Services

      Both federal and campus mail are delivered to the University for faculty and staff for business purposes.

    • Athletic Events

      Season tickets to the University of Kansas athletic events are available to all full-time staff members at reduced rates based on availability and seniority.

    • Childcare

    • K10 Connector

      Those who use K-10 to commute to and from the Lawrence and Edwards campuses and Johnson County Community College can give their wallets and vehicles a break. The K-10 Connector, a new transit service that connects the three schools, launched Jan. 17 2007.

    • KU Information Center

      KU Info is here to help you navigate KU. You can call us at (785) 864-3506, search our questions database below, or visit us at our Info Booth, 4th floor of the KS Union. Our staff is dedicated to helping the extended KU community with information about KU life and beyond.

    • KU Memorial Unions

      Staff members and their families are accorded the privileges of the KU Memorial Unions at no charge except for the cost of services.

    • KU Psychological Clinic

      Mental Health and Substance Abuse Counseling - 864-4121

    • KU Public Safety Office

    • KU Vehicle Rental (Motor Pool)

      Vehicle Rental (Motor Pool) is a campus service available for out-of-state, in-state and more local travel.

    • Lied Center of Kansas

      Faculty and Staff receive a 15% discount on most Lied Series ticket. They can also can chose to pay for season subscriptions through payroll deduction.

    • Recreation Facilities

      KU Recreation Services offers a variety of services and recreational activities for KU faculty and staff.

    • Student Health Services

      Employees of the University of Kansas are entitled to use selected services at Watkins Memorial Health Center. 

    • Technology

      Information about the many centrally provided technology services available.

    • University Libraries

      University staff may borrow materials from the KU Libraries' circulating collections by use of a valid faculty/staff KUID card issued by the University.
