Information	Mark all the options of employees that you want to mail to. If this is approved you may only use this listing for the one mailing approved. You are then to destroy this listing and are not to share it or reuse it without written authorization from Human Resources/Equal Opportunity (HR/EO). Temporary employees are "short term" appointments that are not eligible for benefits and are not to exceed 999 hours in a year . These appointments are generally for no more than one year. Generally mailings are not sent to temporary employees. Please choose appropriate fields below.
Academic Staff	Faculty Equivalent titles that include: Curators, Scientist, Specialist and Research Professor series – (generally included when mailing to faculty). Regular Temporary
