Enhancing Creativity through Rhythm and Games

Participants in this lunchtime seminar will utilize rhythm-based exercises and games to re-discover and explore elements of creativity by stepping outside their normal way of thinking about and analyzing situations. Come and stimulate your creativity in new ways (and have fun while doing so)! Drums and percussion instruments for the exercises will be provided.
