The workplace is a shared space. It is therefore important that there are policies, procedures, ethics and laws governing the behaviors of people who are essentially captive to each other. This session begins with a discussion of prevailing attitudes about sexual harassment, continues in explaining current sexual harassment law and KU policies, and ends with each participant assessing their particular responsibility regarding sexual harassment issues.
