This new leadership development program is based on Stephen Covey's book, The 8th Habit. It takes a "mind-set, skill-set, tool-set" approach to developing leaders who can unleash the talent and capability of their teams against the organization's highest priorities. In addition to drawing from the legacy of developing effective leaders, the Leadership program taps into the best thinking of leadership experts around the world, including: Jack Welch, Ram Charan, Fred Reichheld, and Clayton Christensen. HR/EO has a certified Covey Trainer, Kathleen Ames-Oliver who will present this program. Our contract permits us to only offer this program to KU Employees and Affiliates. Materials fee of $125 covers all course materials, dvds, cds and 2 Leadership Quotient assessments.
