This course presents a look at protected class awareness and discrimination. Discussions will center around the definitions of discrimination and harassment, protected classes at KU, what to do about it, how to recognize it, awareness scenarios, what KU will do, retaliation and false claims, sanctions and steps for confronting racial and ethnic harassment.
