In 2008 President George W. Bush signed the Americans with Disabilities Amendments Act which revised the definition of "disability" to include more persons with impairments that substantially limit major life activities. You will be provided an update of these changes, clarification on the rights and responsibilities of a person with a disability, and role of the supervisor and manager.
